About Me
I spent 34 years inside BT and Openreach — starting on the phones in Dundee in 1990 and finishing as a Regional PMO and Programme Support specialist coordinating complex delivery programmes across Scotland.
Along the way I trained hundreds of customer service advisors, managed high-level complaints for some of the UK's biggest telecoms providers, analysed customer data trends, and produced weekly reporting for Director level stakeholders.
I know what good data looks like, how to present it clearly, and — crucially — what decision-makers actually need to see. Now I bring that 34 years of real-world experience to businesses like yours, through clean Excel dashboards and boardroom-ready presentations.
